All prices exclude 21% VAT. A personalised quote depends on your event details. Bar personnel is always included.

Full venue: indoor bar, outdoor terraces, outside bar and BBQ cabin. The club is exclusive for your event.

Rental Policy

Everything you need
to know

Eligibility
Available to adult Victory club members and their associates, including friends and family.

Reservation & Warranty
A warranty is required to confirm your date. Transfer to account BE03 0689 0804 2184. Deducted from final bill; may be retained for damages.

Cancellation
Cancellation >30 days: 50% of warranty retained. Within 30 days: 100% non-refundable.

Rental Fee Includes
Indoor bar, terraces, outside bar, BBQ cabin and bar personnel. Food, drinks and cleaning billed separately.

Beverages & Catering
All food and drinks must be purchased through the club. Pay per consumption or choose the forfait formula.

Cleanup & Decorations
Venue must be returned to its original state. Deep cleaning fee: €75 excl. VAT if required.

Billing
After the event you receive an invoice for rental, drinks, food and any other applicable charges.
08
Fines & Music Rights
Tenant is responsible for sound level fines and smoking violations. Check with Unisono regarding music rights.
